Location: Bridgewater Sports Arena
Check-In & Skate Pickup: ~7:00 PM
Skating Time: 7:45 – 9:45 PM

Required Forms For Participation (complete online):

Student Registration Form – ALL students must complete this online
Parent/Guardian Form – Required only if the student is under 18 - online completion
Ice Skating Rink / Arena Waiver – Required for ALL students (regardless of age). The Rink requires this waiver. Download rink / arena waiver, print, sign (by parent/guardian if under 18, or by the student if 18+), and bring the signed waiver to the rink.

A limited number of copies of the arena rink waiver will be available on-site for students who are 18 to sign themselves, or for parents to come in and complete at drop-off. However, printing-off in advance and bringing your signed arena waiver will help ensure a quicker check-in and more time to enjoy the ice.

Quick age-based summary:

Under 18: Complete both the Student Form + Parent Form online, plus bring the signed Ice Rink waiver.
18 or older: Complete only the Student Form online, and sign/bring the Ice Rink waiver yourself.
