Per the current WHRHS PTO By-Laws, a committee composed of members representing the sending districts will review the By-Laws every three years. Revisions or amendments may be proposed and adopted during this review process

WHRHS PTO Executive Board BY-LAWS UPDATE 2025-26 FOR MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL
The Executive Board would like to make minor amendments to the exisiting By-Laws approved 4/22/2025. The Board would like to amend the titles of certain officers to better reflect their roles within the organization and add additional VP roles and descriptions for clarity.
The roles affected are:
- Corresponding Secretary - change to VP Communications & Media
- School Liaison change to VP - School Liaison
- Addition of VP - Volunteers
- Addition of VP - Events & Fundraising
The attached PDF shows the proposed amendments marked up. These are shown in the document screenshots and are within the sections contained within Articles V and VI. Additional sections have been added and sections have been renumbered to allow for the updates.

The Update to these Articles will be on the Agenda for Membership to vote on at the PTO General Meeting on October 20th, 2025

By-Laws 2024/25 - Approved 4/22/25
WHRHS BY-LAWS 2024-25
The 2021 WH PTO By-Laws document was reviewed by a committee of members over a three month period this school year. The committee proposed revisions and amendments to update the By-Laws, which were then submitted to the PTO Executive Board for approval.
General Membership voted to adopt the new 2024-25 By-Laws at the April 22nd, 2025 General Meeting.
