IMPORTANT INFO FOR ATTENDING

Please help us make this a smooth and memorable night for everyone by reviewing the key reminders below:

•  MANDATORY BUS TRANSPORTATION
  All students must ride the provided buses to and from Iron Peak Sports & Events. No exceptions.
•  NO BAGS
  No bags of any kind are allowed. Any brought will be collected and held for the duration of the event.
•  NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES
  Including water bottles. Food and drinks will be provided at the venue.
•  MEDICAL NEEDS?
  If your student requires medication, this should have been indicated on the RSVP form. All health info is handled confidentially.
•  CODE OF CONDUCT
  Students are expected to follow all event rules. Any student found under the influence, with contraband, or engaging in unsafe behavior will be removed and a parent/guardian will be contacted to pick them up.

 EVENT LOGISTICS
PG Team has 300+ Students to check in and get to the buses.  Please be on time. 

• DATE:  June 12th

• CHECK IN TIME WHRHS: 7pm - back parking lot of WHRHS near Gym 5–6

• DEPARTURE TIME WHRHS: 8pm

• ARRIVAL IRON PEAK: 9pm

• ARRIVAL TIME WHRHS: 3am -  back parking lot of WHRHS near Gym 5–6
