Holiday Treats for Our WH Warriors!

Bring some extra sweetness to the school day! Every year, the WHRHS PTO sponsors fun, free candy distributions during lunch periods for all students on Halloween and Valentine's Day.

These popular events—often called the Halloween Candy Bowl and Valentine's Day Treats—help spread holiday cheer and give students a joyful break in their day.

How It Works

When: During all lunch periods on or near Halloween (October) and Valentine's Day (February). Exact dates are announced via school communications, the PTO newsletter, and our social media.
What: Free candy and sweet treats for every student—no sign-up required!
Funded by: PTO budget + generous candy donations from families and sponsors.

How You Can Help Make It Even Sweeter

We love seeing the smiles these events bring! Here's how you can contribute:

Donate candy: Drop off individually wrapped, school-appropriate treats (nut-free preferred) at the main office in the weeks leading up to the events. Contact us for collection dates.
Monetary donations: Help cover costs for bulk purchases—every dollar goes directly to student events like this one.
Join the PTO: Your membership directly funds treats, teacher appreciation, social events, and more. Join or renew here →
Volunteer: Help sort, distribute, or plan—it's a quick and fun way to get involved!
